Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in coaching and/or athletic administration, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of athletic program development, budget management, and facility operations.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for student-athletes of all abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and community members.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
