Health and wellbeing

Our employees and their families have access to 6 free confidential counselling sessions with qualified counsellors and support services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our annual health and wellbeing program also includes access to free flu vaccinations, skin cancer checks and health checks.

 

Parental Leave Policy​

Our Parental Leave Policy sets a new industry standard, entitling Primary Carers to 26 weeks of paid leave at full pay. Secondary Carers can access 3 weeks' paid leave.

Volunteer leave

Our people can access one day of paid volunteer leave at any non-for-profit organisation, either as an individual or in a group with your colleagues. Volunteering not only helps BR Minerals to support local communities, it also helps to provide our people with a sense of satisfaction and purpose in giving back to the charity of your choice.

Health Cover & Insurance

BR Minerals has partnered with Medcare to offer all employees access to health care options.  Through our superannuation plan, we provide standard death, total and permanent disability cover for all eligible employees.

Superannuation​

Australian Retirement Trust is our default fund, automatically contributing superannuation, giving our people access to low administration fees and a broad range of additional benefits. Alternatively, you can choose to direct superannuation contributions to a regulated, complying superannuation fund of your choice.​

Learning and development

We offer a comprehensive induction and orientation program for new employees. An extensive workforce development program is offered to encourage lifelong learning.
